My Little Big Boy

Grayson is growing up so fast on us. He is about 95% potty trained and doing great! Of course, he still has a few accidents with going stinky. I think it's more of being stubborn than not potty trained.

He is also eating us out of house and home. I can't keep enough food in this kid. For example, this morning we went and ate breakfast at cracker barrel. Grayson had 2 pancakes, 2 scrambled eggs, 2 biscuits with jelly/butter, and 2 pieces of bacon. Yes a 2 year old ate all of that and was asking too eat just a couple of hours later. I think he ate more than me.

Anyway, I have been pestering Mark all summer about getting Grayson a twin bed for his room. He's been in a toddler bed for over a year now and does great in it, but he is a growing boy. Mark hasn't been too keen on the idea, but finally succumbed this week when he went in Grayson's room two separate nights. Both nights Grayson was halfway hanging off of his bed because he had nowhere else to go. There went Mark's idea of Grayson staying in the bed until he was 5. Anyway, here are a couple of pictures of Grayson sleeping in his new bed. Thanks to Aunt Daph for letting us borrow a set of sheets until we buy his new bedding! Oh, where has the time gone....

Refrigerator Varmit

Yes, we found a varmit in our refrigerator. For those who don't know our freezer is on the bottom and the fridge has double doors. This is what I found in it tonight! You just never know what you'll find out here on the mountain!

Reagan's 1st haircut

Reagan had her first haircut and she did GREAT! Of course it was more of a trim, maybe even a dusting we cut so little off. I was afraid she would lose her curls if we did. Of course we took lots of pictures, but here are only a few of the highlights.
The first snip.
Yum! The comb is so tasty!
I'm a big girl! All done!

Quick update

We have been staying busy. Seems like there is always something to do. It has been raining for 2 days straight. Today Reagan is getting her first haircut today. I hope to have pictures to post later on today. Grayson is still as goofy as ever. He's getting excited about his birthday and trip to disneyworld. I hope all is well with everyone else!

What a mess!!

Saturday we were expecting guests. While Mark and I were preparing the kids decided that they were being ignored and found a way to get some attention. For once it wasn't them trying to harm each other. Anyway, here are a few pictures of their attempt. Needless to say this is another item on my "rearrange" cabinet/closet list. Oh yeah, these pictures don't even show the rest of the their mess in the kitchen.

I think Reagan is trying to show her I'm innocent face!

Graduation

Here are a few pictures from graduation. In most Mark is the photographer....let's just say he needs more practice.

Tonya and Robin. We just need our friend Suzy to be in the picture too. We all started together, but Suzy ended up moving out of the country at the end of the program. She still finished with us, but needless to say it was a little bit of a trip for her to make it to graduation. We miss you Suzy!!
Me preparing beforehand.
Mark and I after the graduation.
WooHoo I'm a Master now!

Graduation here I come!

Finally, after two long and busy years I will have my Master's degree. I graduate next Sunday from UTC at 2pm. Yes, I eventually want to continue and pursue the next degree, but I am in need of a break. We will see what life hands me in the next couple of years before I open that can of worms. WooHoo!!
